Bulls' Boozer out Monday with sprained ankle

Carlos Boozer didn't travel with the Bulls to Memphis on Sunday and will miss Monday's matinee with a sprained left ankle.

Boozer suffered the injury just before Kyle Korver's game-winning 3-pointer in Saturday's victory over Miami. After rising to tip Derrick Rose's missed shot, Boozer landed with his ankle turned and all his weight on it.

He left the United Center late Saturday in a walking boot, limping noticeably.

"It's swollen pretty bad," Boozer said.

It's likely Boozer will miss at least Tuesday's home game as well.

Asik goes for 40 tomorrow at Memphis.

Hope Thomas doesn't have a grabber. Old man buckets is playing some big minutes for an old man. Deng/Rose may have to play 48 straight for the team to stay competitive.
