Monta Ellis can fill it, but he would best be described as a "gunner".

Stephon Curry is also on this team, who looks to have some potential at the point...

Watching GS is kind of fun. These guys will shoot from anywhere at any time. Crazy basketball.

Now if they played defense once or twice during the game, that would help, but oh well.

Rose needs to quit fucking jumping to beat the double team. Recipe for a turnover.

Bull have yet to go to the charity stripe and there's 2:16 until the half.

No, there's no home court advantage in the NBA...

I'm not turning the game on, nor am I looking it up.

Is Don Nelson still the coach in GS?

I honestly thought Don Nelson was dead.

7 TOs for Rose so far. Worst game in a long time for him.

rose looks like he hasnt been laid in hours, and both teams look college level. this is funbad because both are equally awful so similarly that the score is close.

Now this could just be a drinky, crackpot theory....

Thibs can't scheme against a team that doesn't run any discernible half court sets... the Warrior just chuck it up at the first opportunity... that ugly home court loss to the Knick early in the year comes to mind.

:drunken:

The Bulls fell to 34-15 with just their second loss in the last nine in ending a six game winning streak. No big deal, right? Road trip. Tough night. Motivated home team with guards Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry getting hot and combining for 56 points. It happens, right?

Sure, but the Warriors, not necessarily noted as a defensive juggernaut, may have unveiled something of a blueprint for how to play this Bulls team. The Bulls had seen something like it before when they lost in Philadelphia last month, that time when the 76ers displayed an aggressive trap right over half court against Derrick Rose.

This time the Warriors added a layer to it, a third defender crowding the release men in the paint and then staying with Rose in something of a triple team when he tried to drive. And the result was perhaps Rose’s poorest game as a pro, 14 points, 10 assists and nine turnovers with six of 15 shooting.

“It was weird,” said Rose, who pointed to a crumpled up box score on the floor by his locker that he’d just looked at and discarded. “The way they did it, they had someone checking Carlos (Boozer, the pressure release men at the free throw line). Then there was someone right behind him coming over. If I drive baseline, the guy behind him cuts me off. The guy is sticking with Carlos. If I drive middle, the guy on the side comes out and doubles me. It’s something we’ve never seen before, I guess. I just got to get used to it."

It seemed as if the referees were not giving the Bulls any breaks. Probably half of the plays where Rose got the ball stolen there was a foul. The Bulls seemed flat because they had that terrible stretch in the 4th quarter. The Bulls were two or three baskets away from putting the game away in the 3rd. I think it was just a bad game with CJ Watson playing terrible and the Bulls missing shots left and right.

You can't really scheme against that. Those kind of teams are just hoping to outshoot you, that's their only chance of winning.
