What do you all think? I like him. Think he would fit in nicely and would be a legit starting 2 guard.... |

I would rather they just start Brewer at the 2. Lee is not very good defensively. |

If it is Omer, yes I make it. If it is a deal involving Taj, no thanks. |

From Sam Smith's tweets during game last night. Asik turns game for the Bulls in his four minute stretch after Bulls had zero off. rebs in first half. Thibs has to join us as Omer-o-philes Personally, I don't think the Bulls make any serious moves this year. They will wait for the draft and anything they can do after the summer. They will use the rest of the year to determine if they keep Gibson and or Omer. Thomas won't be back next year. |

Nick Friedell, the Bulls' beat reporter/writer on ESPNchicago.com, was a guest on ESPN Radio 1000's "Waddle & Silvy" this morning. Nick says even though he's currently a Houston Rocket, Courtney Lee's still on his rookie contract. Considering the fact neither Ronnie Brewer & C.J. Watson nor Kyle Korver would be an upgrade over Keith Bogans in the backcourt alongside Derrick Rose, I think the Bulls should be exploring all options to get a better #2 guard than what they have now. If it means dealing Omer Asik and not necessarily sacrificing much in the team's salary cap, so be it. |

Do you think that with the 10 game drug suspension that OJ Mayo's stock is down enough that you could get him for the Tyrus Thomas Charlotte pick and James Johnson? |

Sure. Who are the Bulls giving up? They have to get somebody at 2 guard right? OJ Mayo, no. T-Mac, hells no. |

I thought the Charlotte was unprotected in 2014, but it's actually not till 2016. That's a long time to hold an unprotected draft pick. That franchise will probably be in the shitter then, so they might want to hold onto it and potentially get a top pick. Here's an interesting article about draft picks that have been swapped: http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/draft/future_drafts/detailed |

I had no idea the Tyrus pick didnt become unprotected that far into the future. In 2016 B-Scal will be a player/coach for the Bulls |

Courtney Lee intrigues me, but the real prize of the Rockets is Shane Battier. Too bad he probably can't play shooting guard. |
