I keep thinking that they are probably a year or two away. Celtics are still good but old and the Heat are pretty powerful when the big TWO play great and now they have Bibby. But the Bulls are healthy. Their best player is a young'n with THAT LOOK that winners have. Confident but not satisfied. And Deng is playing better than anyone could have imagined. He has never played with so much confidence. Is their a better front line than Deng, Noah and Boozer right now? And most importantly they play great team defense. The X factor to me is Korver. They are good with him sucking of late but if he gets his confidence back and can play in the 4th qtrs the Bulls will be unstoppable. If he cant hit a shot, he shouldnt be on the court. If he hits his shot, no double team on Derrick. Rose is gonna get pounded in the playoffs if the other guard cant shoot. But he is a tough little fucker. Its gonna be a fun spring.

I go back and forth with this team. Their struggles on the road are very problematic. For being such a great team, you can't have a near .500 record on the road. If they can somehow make a run at the #1 seed, I could see them getting through the entire eastern conference. But if they have to play against Boston or Miami without home-court, I think they are screwed. The upcoming 3 games @ Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami will be a huge test to see how this team will play in the playoffs. If they can win 2 of 3, it will be a huge confidence boost.
