That was good - too bad Phil couldn't be there. Some steakhouse/club downtown is going to make a ridiculous amount of $$$ tonight. |

jordan got a nice pop... the ovation was pretty much louder than everyone's just anticipating his showing up there. but yeah, the comment above me was like "damn, it's been 20 years" and for me, that's really poignant... i'm 30 and i was born in teh last few months of the year, so like, the title era began when i was 10 years old and ended when i was 17 years old. i had always liked playing the game of basketball, and then having jordan in his prime right in my adolescent wheelhouse was amazing... i totally took it for granted. i remember that aside from the comeback season in 94-95, you felt invincible with michael out there. you knew that no matter what happened somehow some way he was going to pulll it off.... and hell, that series they lost in 94-95 to the magic was entertaining as fuck. one of those games featured the bulls down something like ~23 points right at the end of the third / beginning of the fourth and the bulls managed to come all the way back and beat the eventual NBA finals loser. i'll stop myself before i fully ramble... it's just amazing to think that it was 20 years ago... and not just that, but really, what the hell more could you want as a basketball fan? it's not like i became some sort of delusional frontrunning stereotypical-new-york fan where i became a total douche.... but like, that was absolute perfection. by the time i exited my childhood and started forming memories for a lifetime, I had the absolute best basketball experience that anyone could have, barring some old fuck from BAAAASTAAAAN during the bill russell epoch. thank you mj... thank you jerry #1 and jerry #2... thanks doug, thanks phil, thanks scottie... thanks everyone. who knows what memories are worth in the wake of arbitrary human lifetimes... but like, when i think back to the bulls' dynasty it really brings forth the halcyon days of lore. 75-44. bogans just went for 333333333333333333333. this is a pathetic showing for utah... i mean like, is there any way they can bring back jerry sloan in the offseason? did they trade deron williams as a kneejerk "fuck you, you scared away jerry!" type move? did they do it trying to max out his value 1.5 years before he became a total free ajent? i mean look at this sorry ass squad the bulls have taken out back and smacked around, readying for the white mamba to show up and put the dagger in their face..... but i mena, i only know/of one utah jazz fan in my little online social empire, and let's just say that the dude will ban you for awhile if you don't tread carefully. BABBLETRONIC 3000GT^3 DISABLED! btw, when i go to change text size and i see "tiny" in there, my computer immediately connects me to the mayor of skokie's personal cellphone #, all while complimenting my dad for his nice horsey. |

damn we have like 18 games left and only need 13 to get 60 wins... holy shit if we win the last 4 division games we have left the bulls will hold an nba record for the first team to be undefeated in their division in the history of the league. |

It's too bad that because the crowd is a bunch of single digit IQs the Jerrys weren't included at all last night. Because some worthless pieces of crap subhumans who can't think for themselves would have booed. Or did Jordan refuse to participate if they were included? |

312player wrote: i would boo krause for sure Why? He put the pieces around MJ so he could win. Also the Bulls wouldn't have won another title because of MJ's cigar accident. Jerry gets a bad rap basically because MJ and others told us to. |

a blind man could have surrounded the greatest of all time with enough... he was handed m.j. ...and who are these people who say to hate krause? i don't like him for a few reasons and reinsdorph should have backed mj/phil over krause. |
