Here's a nice breakdown of the Bulls and Celtics remaining schedule. I think they can pull this off. If they beat the Celtics on 4/7, I would even consider it a lock. Lot's of cupcakes in here for the Bulls the rest of the way, while Boston has games left against Miami and San Antonio on the road. The Bulls biggest challenge is the road game against Orlando. Sorry the formatting sucks. Go here for original article.

Eastern Conference race: Bulls vs. Celtics

The Chicago Bulls took a half game lead over the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference by virtue of their 114-81 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday.

The Celtics host a Memphis Grizzlies team on Wednesday that is without perhaps their top player in Rudy Gay, who will have surgery on his left shoulder.

A look at the remaining schedules for both teams suggest the Bulls have an easier route to the No. 1 seed.

Bulls' Remaining Schedule
3/25 3/26 3/28 3/30 4/1 4/2 4/5 4/7 4/8 4/10 4/12 4/13
MEM @MIL PHI @MIN @DET TOR PHO BOS @CLE @ORL @NY NJ

Celtics' Remaining Schedule
3/23 3/25 3/27 3/28 3/31 4/1 4/3 4/5 4/7 4/8 4/10 4/11 4/13
MEM CHA @MIN @IND @SA @ATL DET PHI @CHI WAS @MIA @WAS NY

Rudy Gay's season is over. The Memphis Grizzlies' guard is undergoing season ending surgery on that left shoulder. As it stands now, the Grizzlies have the #8 seed in the top-heavy Western Conference, but it'll be tough for them to hang on to it with Rudy now done for the season.

He's been out for awhile now. They're 9-6 without him.

C'mon SHARK, sharpen those teeth.
