yeah they wouldnt be able to guard him, but he wouldnt stop mj or pip very often either. once you get to that level of offense, there really is no defense for it because the egg comes before the chicken.

"Shut down" is somewhat harsh but Pips would definitely make him work for every basket though. As JimmyPasta said, there's no way Derrick is shooting over Scottie. Derrick could beat him off the dribble, but not as easily as you'd think either. Scottie was very athletic for his size.

No, they usually put Jordan on the point guards if they wanted to create a size advantage. Jordan guarded Payton a lot.

No, they usually put Jordan on the point guards if they wanted to create a size advantage. Jordan guarded Payton a lot.

If you remember that was the Achilles heel of Jordan's game. He had trouble guarding quicker, smaller point guards.
