I still recall Bernsie yelling at callers who said Jordan was better, and Bernsie's big explanation was that LeBron was a better 3 point shooter. I looked up their 3 point field goal percentages, and they were the same.
However, I don't need stats to tell me who is better. I don't need championships either. The simple eye test works for me. Plus I feel Jordan made everyone around him a lot better. There are many folks on those Bulls' teams who ended up being serviceable role players because of Jordan.....Kerr, Paxson, Wennington, BJ Armstrong, etc. Even Horace came out looking good because of MJ. .
Then there's the entertainment value. I would much prefer watching Jordan play than LeBron especially in his earlier days when defense and above the rim were something to witness.
