Ok, so I'm not a basketball guy. I've watched bits and pieces of the playoffs, and very little of the regular season. My observation is that the atmosphere of this team reminds me of the atmosphere around the Blackhawks 2 years ago. They just seem to be a piece or two away from being the best team in basketball. What that piece is, I have no idea, but chin up Bulls fans, I think there will be good things for this team in the future.

Question as a casual NBA observer, it seems the Bulls don't really run a lot of players short of a screen for Rose and then he'll drive or pass it to the guy who just screened for him. Was that what they were doing all year? The team looks lost on offense most possessions

I'll try to explain this tomorrow, if someone gets where I'm goin with it, have at it

Rose is pretty disciplined at running an offense. He's gotta improve alot but he runs the correct plays well. The playbook isn't great but at least it's not vinny's. It's been well known for awhile that the offensive side of this staff isnt complete

Boozer isn't lost, he's just not very good

Noah gets lost but once the ball is in his hands firmly he's excellent with it, and Noah doest get lost that often.

I like Brewer but someone smarter than me needs to explain what exactly he is supposed to do in a half court. He can move without the ball well but he always seems lost as fuck to me.

If he wants to I'll let IMU explain why Deng is very disciplined also and actually from what I've seen made quantum leaps this year in this department

If the Bulls would have been better in 3 relatively basic areas they would still be in the series.

1) Get into the offense sooner (too many last second bad shots)
2) Stop forcing passes through traffic into the post
3) Stop going for every head fake - especially on 18-20 foot shots by big men.
