yes, bernsteen, it was an exhibition game. and both teams played it as a regular season game. and the pacers called it quits early because the bulls starters were doing as they please with almost no effort whatsoever. so yea, dan, fuck you. the bulls looked GREAT the other day. also, the bulls bench looked slightly tentative and they actually were putting some real effort into it just to keep the lead- they clearly were thinking "win" that night. so to say this was an exhibition game is only technically right you fuckin idiot.

now what im really wanting to say. the teams chemistry. why did the other night look so good? because its still the same bulls as last year only more experienced and fully refreshed. boozer is in shape (looks intimidating out there on the court! never thought so last year). joakim noah is showing signs of man strength now (those were big baby muscles last year), and derrik rose can fluently speak the english language now. and that new player? our guys like him. he already seems to like playing for this team and no doubt that feeling will grow stronger. i am not worried about hamilton straying from the pack and causing distractions because this season is going to be too much fun.

and hamiltons age? pfff. i just think of the boston celtics. in the nba, when you have real team chemistry and everybody is completely sold and having fun, they tend to forget about their old knees and they only need to be fast enough to get a shot off. hamilton doesnt have to play at his allstar level he can be... just be the functional guard that we need most every night. and he will be without doubt in my mind. chalk in 12pts a game for him at least too... its going to be such a huge help! WE GOT BEN GORDON BUT WAAAYYY BETTER BACK! and taller

whats weird though? i think we are STILL going to miss kirk hinrich this year. he would backup rose so perfectly with the bench we have now we would probably win a lot of games with the mob playing entire 4th quarters. but oh well, thats just "WHAT IF RADIO" 670 the score style.

god im ready for this season to start

Great to see you back Ike. Hopefully you've got some good game thread titles ready to go for this season.

Didn't Rose's backup score like 32 points in a game last year? I thought CJ Watson was like a
Poormans version of DRose. Am I wrong? Heinrich was inconsistent but also could play great at times.

i hated kirk hinrich..do not miss him at all..too slow..too hacky on defense and not a great shooter or ball handler..c.j. > kirk..atlanta improved when hinrich got hurt.

I gotta feeling that the number one seed maybe the key to winning this. I know the Heat can win anywhere but I could see the Heat coasting a bit saving themselves for the playoffs. The Bulls and their depth must get the one seed and I think they will get it. I sure would like to see the heat have to play a three seed in the 2nd round and have a rested Bulls team waiting fir them.

Yes but they are a bit deeper. Derek was tired. And Dereks better now. I agree that the Heats best three guys are better than the Bulls best three bu anything can happen.

The rest of the east may have to wait til Lebrons next decision to join the Lakers happens.
