they'll still likely beat the Sixers, still can't see them losing more than 1 or 2 games can they beat the Celtics/Hawks now? I still think so sad thing is now the Heat have a cakewalk to the Finals. i think the only team that has a shot to take them out is the Celtics , and I picked the Hawks over them |

I picked the Knicks to beat em. Not sure the Bulls can make it to the ECF, JL3 and CJ will have to play really well and Deng and Boozer going to have to carry the scoring. If the Heat win the championship this year it may be the worst NBA season in my lifetime. Lockout. Rose injuries. Ugh. |

Oh and fuck the Pacers too. Ignorant hill jack fans. I had a couple that I know laughing at the Rose injury saying it couldn't happen to a better team and fan base. The Bulls will probably still get farther than them without Rose. |

ECF, although Rondo could end up averaging a 30-20-20 against us next round now though. |

Yeah Inidana was no problem last year, we destroyed them the first 3 games. Each game we won by like 20 points? or was it 5,6 and 4 points? And D Rose had like 39,36 and 23 points. Indiana should be a cake walk! |

If anyone could win a championship with this team it's Thibs. He said after the game that the team has more than enough to win with. I don't know if they can win it, but these playoffs are the great unknown. Last season with Cutler going out it was clear that the Bears team was a house of cards. Somehow I think the Bulls are in somewhat better shape than the Bears were. Remember the Bears won zero games with Hanie and the Bulls were over 500 without Rose during the season. The main difference between this year's team and last year's team for the Bulls is Rip Hamilton and JL3. Hamilton can give you 20 pts on less than 10 shots. JL3 can get hot in a backup role and you have James in case JL3 is getting overmatched. Not to mention that Korver is better on defense and presumably you'll have Asik for the whole series against the Heat. Plus you have Boozer in good health. I think the biggest factor is the Bulls' defense. If they allow more than 90 points a game they're more than likely to lose. As good as Rose is the Bulls are not built around one player. |

Boston will be tough but I think they can make it to the ECF and win 1 or 2 games max. |

Rose. Any in the No row, they can't. The one's in the middle, I believe they have a shot at beating. |

Brokers and STH looking to scalp playoff tickets are probably more pissed than Rose. Nobody wants to pay face value for these tickets now, let alone hiked up prices. Even if people think the Bulls can win this round, there won't be a demand to see the Bulls without Rose. Everybody who has tickets will have to go to the game. Brokers have to eat all of their tickets. Same with the next series if they advance. Did the Bulls sell all of their available tickets for a potential next round? Or are they only allowed to do that if they advance? Just curious. |

Not expecting them to get passed the ECF but wouldn't shock me either. I have been told by Bernstein the regular season doesn't matter, but at least the Bulls have had success before without Rose. |

Quote: (Thibodeau) said after the game that the team has more than enough to win with. Well, we all know he had to say something to that effect (as opposed to, "well, now we're fucked..."). |

Boston's a pretty small team. IDK, they might be small & old, but that's still a lot of talent & a lot of experience. If they get hot again, they're as good as you can get while being an AARP member. |

I don't think Garnett, Steisma, and Bass can compete with Noah/Boozer/Asik/Gibson, Deng cancels out Piercd, and I like Watson/Brewer/Rip and whatever Lucas can give us against Rondo/Ray/Avery Bradley. Our bigs really have to come through though. |

In the 2nd Round, the Bulls can beat the Celtics, but the Hawks definitely scare me. Boston's front court is depleted, and I would expect the Bulls to completely dominate them inside. |
