Call me crazy but I truly believe the Bulls could make some noise in the East. Obviously Miami is the team to beat but what they're doing now I believe will really hurt them long term. Guys like Wade and Allen really need to rest. This streak has to be mentally and physically draining on the team. Without a healthy Granger I don't believe Indiana can beat the Bulls or Miami. My prediction is the Bulls will make it to the Conference Finals. Rose will come back before the end of the month. |

I am with you on this prediction for the Conference Finals. Indiana, New York, Brooklyn and Atlanta all suck. Rose will shut up all of the people that have been ragging on him for taking his time for this comeback. Lets do this.... |

The Original Kid Cairo wrote: The Bulls will lose in the first round to whomever. Yeah, all joking aside I have to cosign this thought. The Bulls don't have enough offense to go out and WIN games when their defense doesn't out-defense a team to have a lesser offensive output than themselves. I mean, it's really telling that at this point in the season you'd pretty much WANT Marco Belinelli to have an iso when you're going for a game-winning/tying/deciding shot. That might work for a few games during the regular season, but when you get to the playoffs and your team is the exclusive focus of all of your opponent's study/gameplanning, they're going to look for that Belinelli iso and then it's..... give the ball to LOLDENG and pray? There's definitely going to be a lot of prayer involved. Since there's no way in hell the dumbass Bulls could miss the playoffs and get a top-5 pick rigged for them in the lottery, I reckon it doesn't make that much of a difference regarding how deep their playoff run is. That said, I think this team is good enough to keep anyone-but-Miami close enough down the stretch to have a fighting chance in just about every game, but they don't have anyone on the team good enough offensively to step up and win them a game/series/championship. |

Not crazy @ all, assuming Taj and rose comes back (he will, probably this weekend against Pacers) and is 90% nobody in east besides Miami should beat them. I hope rip and hinrich are done, they suck and this team is better without them. |

I've been gone for a while so I thought being "friendly" wouldn't be a bad thing. The Bulls were 11 or 12 games over .500 with a crappy team and a shit load of injuries in early February. I think the injuries and Rose's mental hurdle finally took a toll on the team. When he comes back it will give them new life. The injuries may have been a blessing in disguise because a lot of players that would have road the bench have stepped up and played well. I believe Coach T will FINALLY know how to coach in the playoffs and Rose may be a different but better version of himself. I'm excited about there chances in the playoffs. |

Again, they can't score on command. They have to do so much to get a shot for someone, it's insane. Rose returning only somewhat alleviates this problem, until other teams start focusing on him. We already saw this movie two years ago. |

He won't be back this season, even if Derrick does return. Rip's NBA career is likely over, too. |

When Hinrich comes back...please...they are a different team. The offense is so much more fluid. I know Hinrich isn't everyone's favorite player, but is clearly a difference maker for this team. |

I suppose an interesting angle is, if rose does come back and he is old rose, and Gibson noah and hinrich are healthy... there is literally no video tape on this team to study. still hard to believe they will win anything, but if theyre healthy they might have a significant advantage in that nobody else knows who the hell they are as a team. and we always said "if this team just had hinrich back it would make a huge difference".... |

The Bulls are the third best team in the East. I'm with you Nas. You too Keeping Score. And even Phil McCracken. |

Playoffs is about defense. You can give Thibs 5 guys from this board and he will coach them up to play great defense. The Bulls have 2 really good versatile wing defenders that can focus on LeBron and Wade. |

I would love for Hinrich to turn the clock back to 2007 for a month. The job he used to do on Wade was really impressive. Even with the refs calling bullshit fouls he played Wade better than anyone I've seen. |

I'd feel a lot better about the Bulls' chances if Hinrich & Taj Gibson are back in the lineup, perhaps as soon as tomorrow vs. Portland. |

Happens every Saturday night. And to Ike, it isn't really I wanted Kirk back, it's is just clear that he is the best option. Love me the Nate got his 30 games, but he just can't get the team as involved in a game as Kirk can. |

Right now, the Bulls & Celtics are tied for 6th & 7th respectively in the East. Boston is on the road this eve in New Orleans, and would face Indiana in Round 1 if the NBA Playoffs started now. The Bulls would get the #3 seed Knicks in Round 1, and I've got news for you. The Knicks can be had. New York may have homecourt, but they're just as banged up as the Bulls right now. The Knicks do NOT impress me. |

Nate is a better version of JL3. Butler is a better version of Brewer (he'll be the reason Deng is gone in a couple years). Marco Polo is a more versatile version of Korver. When healthy Hinrich gives you more than Watson. Boozer has tried to earn his money this year. Deng is still Deng. Noah hasn't gotten better. Rose (first reported by me) has a far better outside shot than he had before. Taj stills provides a boost when he is healthy. Thibs is a better coach now than he was last season or the year before. The Bulls will surprise a lot of people. |

They will be fine for the playoffs. Noah is a stud. Deng is still good and if you get anything back from Derrick and Henrich the guard rotation starts to make alot more sense. And thank god Rip Hamilton is finally dead. |
