I'd say they're a notch below the elite teams like Miami, OKC, and San Antonio. LAC has a chance to join the elite club with the acquisition Rivers, and especially if Griffin expands his game.

There is way more of an emphasis of staying very good, than becoming Elite and risking another 500 straight sellouts.

Agreed. They could have pushed Miami further if they were healthy even without Rose.
