Why didn't the Bulls go after him? He seems like their type of guy. I'm sure he would have taken a 1 year deal and it fills a need. |

Aren't they maxed out in terms of bodies on the roster? I assume the second round pick is going to be a 3rd team backup Pf/C or something. Wouldn't Hansbrough work in Miami? They've always needed size, even with the addition of Anderson. |

Didn't they trade him to Toronto? |

Indiana rescinded their qualifying offer to him so they can't trade him. |

The Raptors signed him. They did not trade for him. I brought it up because he doesn't appear to want to be there but they were the only team interested. |

The Raptors exist solely for the Maple Leafs to sell booze and luxury suites on the nights they don't play. They're a directionless waste of time and space. I don't blame HandsBro for not wanting to be there. |

I'm ok without him. I'm somewhat intrigued by the Marcus Camby talk |

Keeping Score wrote: I have the Bulls at 13 players right now. But they are also in the tax so I'm not sure they'll be using the final two available slots. I'm not positive what their final decision on Malcolm Thomas is though, so perhaps they're at 12. Funny thing is that Gibson contract looks awful now. His injuries prevented him from taking another leap and they could have resigned him for half of that this offseason. |

The Bulls were concerned once they did some research on the mass of a corn. |

I think the Bulls weren't going to add him because they have Gibson and Boozer at that position. Plus if that Murphy guy plays he's a 4, right? As far as backup center goes they resigned Nazr Mohammed. Unless the Bulls make a trade the only additions this off season are the two draft picks and Dunleavy. Not exactly something to get excited about, especially since it's unlikely Murphy will play. What will happen next season depends on how well Rose plays and how many injuries they have. Butler will likely start at the 2 or be the backup at the 3. Dunleavy is listed as a shooting guard, so we'll see how that works out. Plus Snell is listed as a small forward, possible defensive stopper. The Bulls also have Hinrich, who if healthy could contribute some good backup point or 2 guard minutes. Teague will likely ride the bench, but there isn't any more spots for guards on the team. I think the Bulls will probably win about 50 games and get bounced in the 2nd round of the playoffs. They haven't added enough scoring to provide a consistent second option. I don't know if it's the management's stubbornness in sticking with what they have or the owner's unwillingness to go into the luxury tax that makes this team unable to go to the next level. The fact that Rose didn't play doesn't help them to know what type of team they have or if they should trade someone. I think the Bulls are really just waiting on Mirotic and amnestying Boozer. They may take another run at LeBron, but that seems unrealistic. |

I'd just as soon see Dr. Ken over Mohammed at this point. |
