Yes they are. They would beat the Bulls but they know what type of series they would be in for. If they suffered any injuries or LeBron has an off series the unthinkable could happen.

In all seriousness, Wade's their secret weapon. He likes to play hero ball in the regular season, but he knows better in the playoffs. Speolstra's been smart enough to put him on the Duncan plan this season and it's gonna pay dividends this spring. If Ray has any legs left and Battier has one more grueling run in him they should still be the favorites. Indiana and Chicago can't score enough to beat them. LeBron wouldn't let them go almost 10 game minutes with only 1 basket like George allowed the other night.

This is straying from the topic, but as someone who likes the Spurs I'm pretty worried about Durant. There's no question in my mind SA has the better team, but this is a better Durant than we have ever seen before. Wade is smart enough to defer to LeBron. Westbrook isn't that smart. That's really the only hope non-OKC fans have this season. Reggie Jackson is doing an admirable poor man's Harden role off the bench, Ibaka is still the same. Brooks is finally realizing Perkins isn't a legit NBA player - although Adams isn't much better. If Westbrook doesn't hold the team back, that's your title winner right there. What's gonna make it hard is that it's impossible to predict what Westbrook is gonna do from one game to the next, and Durant still seems either convinced or obligated to get him involved late in games.

But fuck Brooklyn. Tired of everybody acting like they're something. I really hope Toronto gets the 3 seed so we can take the Nets once again without our best player so the East Coast lovers will know they're soft as fuck and not even close to contending.
