I feel comforted knowing that the 14 and 16 picks should yield two additional try hard, modest talent players for a roster in desperate need of those type of guys

"High character, good community"

I am placing some blame on the modern day Bulls fan. They sell the place out, they scream and yell, ownership is happy. They arent going to change a thing.

Wait till they get Deng back!

those two picks better be shipped away in a sign and trade to get carmelo... give us soemthing different to take in other than a try hard regular season

well getting Melo would definitely give you something other than a try hard season...

They've drafted the best player available. Tyrus Thomas was the only reach. I have no issues with the way they draft.

They got a first round pick for him. I'll take that.

I'm not criticizing the draft, only the players we can expect to get with those picks.

I think Thibs would have worked wonders with James Johnson if they would have kept him around longer. The guy has shown flashes throughout his career, and can fill up a stat sheet. Would have been a perfect Thibs guy.

I would argue getting a productive player with a late pick is a plus. Not many teams do that. Obviously it would be great to get a star but so far they've gotten the best player. They will never be bad enough to get a lottery pick.
