My impression was that he just loves to be liked by everyone in basketball, thus everyone he scouts is good at something.

for years I have ripped on this guy. always asked to see one negative report he ever gave.

So, I dont know the Tadija scouting report but I will just guess there is a "smart player, good around the rim, good passer" in there.
