http://grantland.com/the-triangle/jimmy-butlers-sweet-charity-how-drives-and-free-throws-unlocked-the-chicago-guards-offense/ It's something to pass the time ... some nice shot charts demonstrating in a glance his immense growth. What particularly caught my eye though was this list: Most Free Throws per Game: 1) James Harden: 10.2 2) Russell Westbrook: 9.8 3) DeMarcus Cousins: 9.2 4) LeBron James: 7.7 5) DeMar DeRozan: 7.2 6) Jimmy Butler: 7.1 |

I remember when jimmy was a rookie and derrick tried telling us "jimmy butler can play, man" but we all dismissed it as a platitude sticking up for a teammate. |

I also remember him telling us Tony Snell can play, but I would hope that anyone they ever draft can play...especially 1st rounders. Sure it sounds easy, but I know guys who pick 1st rounders and cant play at all. |
