Best defender and arguably the best offensive player on the team. Easily the best player. Borderline Superstar. |

The Bulls offense is beginning to take shape also. Butler was great in the second half, but guys are beginning to make more plays. With a full roster they are easily the second best team in the East and they should seriously challenge Cleveland. Paxson has to make a move for a 3. |

Never has been, but that was fine when he was averaging 35 a night and dominating. Now he's an undersized, inconsistent 2 who is very prone to turnovers. |

Don't recall that. He still has a move to make at the three. There is a logjam at the 4 and 5 spots and he won't be able to continously play Mirotic at the three. Their offense was looking better prior to the Rose injury. Hoiberg is playing his more offensive minded guys more minutes and he has done a better job of incorporating Gasol. Gasol is killing teams in the mid range and he is opening the lane up by playing Gasol mostly in the high post area. Hoiberg was a little unsure how to use Gasol earlier in the yr. |

You wouldnt put any blame on Hoiberg earlier but now you're giving him all the credit. Makes sense. Wait. It doesn't. |

IMU wrote: You wouldnt put any blame on Hoiberg earlier but now you're giving him all the credit. Makes sense. Wait. It doesn't. I actually did place blame on Hoiberg. I provided a myriad of things that he was doing wrong. Also, did you ever blame Thibs for all those anemic offensive showings against Cleveland? Do you ever give the front office credit for anything? Nope. Wasn't it Hoiberg's fault when the offense was under performing? At least in your opinion. To illustrate the inconsistency and incoherence of what you say I pose this question. How can the front office and the coach be simultaneously lousy if the team wins more than 50 games? |

Offense is a lot better since Butler and Pau decided to ignore Hoiberg and do their own thing. |
