Not a suspendable hit. Maybe a little sloppy on Seidenberg's part, but not cut-and-dried enough to warrant a suspension. Maybe a fine.

That being said, I'd almost be more apt to fine/suspend Claude Julien for saying that we need to teach players how to get run into the boards. Yeah, okay, you Alfred Hitchcock-lookin' fuck.
