Man Hossa has turned it ON.
Good god.
You know, I almost had a post a week ago about him looking done. Glad I didn't post that. Although I just kinda did.

Wow. That was pretty sweet.

When did Hossa get young again?

I've been having the same feelings. I keep saying he looks slow, maybe just too old. But I love him. I don't completely think of him as a Blackhawk and have wondered if he does. He is my favorite. I seem to always key in on him on the ice, even when he was on Detroit. He's so good.

Sweet to pull off a point in that one, but they should have won that game. Some poor defenseman play tonight.

All the talk has been about the Canucks fading out of playoff position (personally I never thought they would; San Jose is the one to watch in that respect). I guess playing the Blackhawks in Chicago was just the shot in the arm they needed! The Roar!

It's even more depressing to watch the Hawks keep losing and losing at home where they're supposed to have an advantage.

If the Hawks did what Vancouver just did, you would have no less than 4 posts about how they just gave away a point in a 3 point game after dominating most of the game.

At least try and be consistent.

We need to accept some truths.
Hawks only have 3 good defensemen. Oduya, Rozsival and Runblad are just not that good.
Richards would be a disappointment if anyone expected anything from him in the first place, but he's basically a waste.
Sharp has been AWFUL this season.
Bickell is not good. Where has the big in front of the net presence been?
Shaw has been a drooling mess most of the season, and isn't getting anything done.
Saad isn't getting points like we expected.
When we're sitting here saying that getting Versteeg back should give them a shot in the arm we're really saying this roster has holes.

Some really good points. I can't argue with any of these.
Now let's add CH point o Toews.

One more add...Crawford has been average at best. The defense in front of him has been garbage, but he's not stepping up, either like he did to start the season.
