there isn't a goalie in the history of the NHL who could poke check Kane on a breakaway when he goes forehand-backhand-top shelf. And that's not hyperbole on my part. No goalie would even attempt a poke check there. Once he opens the blade and shows shot on the forehand it forces the goalie to keep his position and then when he slides it over to the backhand there isn't a human being on Earth that has quick enough hands to react with a goalie stick and get a poke check out there before Kane moves that puck to his backhand.
