Blue: Two points ahead; two games to go (tonight and Sat. vs Craps). Backes out.

Hawks: Two games to go (tonight and Sat. @ Columbus). Crow, Hossa, Shaw out.

Hawk need this one ever-so-slightly worse than the Blue. Hawks win tonight and Sunday, they leap-frog the Blue into second place and get first-round home ice. Blue keep homw ice if they win either tonight or Saturday.

Regardless of the presence of Darling in goal, I say Hawk win tonight and Blue choke Saturday, then get all flustered and skeered that they will lose the first-round to the Hawk.

A first-round series with the Blues seems inevitable, and the Blues are guilty until proven innocent when it comes to shitting the bed against teams in their heads, so I'm not sure how much these last two games really matter. I'd prefer home ice, given how poor the Hawks have been on the road, but if the Hawks can break serve in the no-Keith game, that might make the Blues unravel right then and there.

Let's see what Fuckface can do tonight! =D

EDIT:

Tarasenko clinches the Hawks' third straight third-place season.

Darling played decently until giving up a 20-foot rebound on the empty net side. May have just as well rolled it out to Tarasenko and then skated away.

Better have an answer for Tarasenko by next week.

He scored as a sixth attacker and on a bogus line change in OT.

They will be fine next week as long as they do what they did tonight.

Toews goals was nice huh?

The Hawks won the Stanley Cup 2 of those 3 years.

I didn't want home ice. I'd rather steal at least 1 on the road and then come home. I don't plan on seeing a game 7 either.

  Yeah I guess the "answer" for him is keeping the play at 5 on 5.

No, they finished first in the league in 2013.

I'm more worried about the Stars than the Blues. Stars made the Hawks look like chumps on a regular basis.

You are correct sir.

Eddie O used the OT winner to highlight something he mentioned about a needed rule change during Tuesday's broadcast.

It's total BS that Tarasenko can jump of the bench into a 3-2 when Bergstrom, the person he is replacing, is back at his own blue line.

Hell is coming to breakfast for the Stars
