Hopefully the UC has the sense to retire this song for this series much to the dismay of the dbag who jigs every game.

Boston is built much like LA, but they've been playing that game much better. They just held Crosby and Malkin without a single point in the Eastern Conference finals. Their team defense is extraordinary and they also have the two leading point scorers in the playoffs in Krejci and Horton. Really a team that can beat you in a variety of ways and they also have the dreaded hot goalie in Tuukka.

If you don't know Brad Marchand, you will about 5 minutes into Game 1. A dickbag of the highest order.

No predictions yet, some interesting coaching decisions to come from Q. Curious if he splits up 19 and 88 to get them away from Chara, especially in Boston where he doesn't have the benefit of last change. Gut feeling says he doesn't since saddling 88 with a different center really cripples two lines.

4 more wins and even Good Dolphin might become a hockey fan.

This is going to be a fun series to watch.

I feel like this is the same tone we heard before the Kings series.

Big physical team, hot goalie, beat the crap out of your top line players etc...

I immediately thought of Northside Dan when KANER registered the hat trick. You kept saying he was going to bust out. Kudos, kind sir.

Why? Crawford is playing the best of his career.

Give him a day off, and I believe Emery is better.

Crawford will have 3 days off going into game 1. He will be fresh...

Even if Emery is better (which I dont think he is), you cant bench Crawford now. He got you this far and has been excellent doing so.

Kane looked pretty gassed after Saturday's game. Probably best if he can sit out a game or two at this point as well.

Miami should give Lebron the night off in their next game. No need to play your best players every game in the finals.

Oh and I agree with Hank, the things we are hearing about Boston are exactly the same things we heard about the Kings.

No worries. Kane and the boys got this.

Hawks in 6

If Emery was ever going to get a start in these playoffs it was going to be on the Sunday when they went back to back. Once Crawford started there, you knew he was going in every damn game. I barely even follow hockey and even I know that.

Trendy pick appears to be Boston. The desire to bolt ones lips to the dick of a physical team is again too strong. I honestly have no idea how the Bruins have lost any games these playoffs given the way their being talked up. A combination of the early 00s Devils defense and goaltending and 70s Flyers forwards.

Dude, they're going to intimidate the Hawks with their physical play and the Hawks won't be able to respond. You know, just like the Kings were suppose to. I mean, what chance do the Hawks really have against this soon to be Boston dynasty? They swept the Penguins! The team with Malkin, Crosby, over achievers, old slow guys and no defensemen who actually play defense! Boston are going to smash these soft pussies. The Penguins were the greatest team to ever play sports and Boston swept them, SWEPT THEM! They already won the Cup, this series against the Hawks is just charity. Who cares if the Penguins are a team who relies mainly on their PP to get them going and the Bruins shut that down and got in their heads early in the series. What's going to happen when the Bruins shut down the Hawks elite PP that they rely so much on for scoring? No way the Hawks will be able to respond to that. This. Series. Is. Ova!

Bruins in 4.

Congrats to the Bruins.

The big bad Kings were going to be too tough for the Hawks. They only won 1 fucking game in the series against the quicker & more talented Hawks. Bostons run is over. Speed will once again beat size. I predict a series where the Bruins get frustrated & take too many stupid penalties & Rask comes back to Earth. The Hawks speed will be way too much for them I predicted the Hawks in 6, but I may change it to 5.

Anyone remember the guy who called BB and basically said the Hawks cant come back v Detroit? No doubt he was a die hard Hockey guy, seemed to know all his technical shit and called the Hawks season over when it was 3-1.

While I am not "Mr Hockey" it seem pretty apparent the depth of the Hawks is what sets them apart from other teams. Seems that all lines can play control, out skate and score, but thats just my bandwagon opinion.

I just think the Hockey guys love to express their knowledge of the game with these in depth analysis's of things us ordinary fans dont know about.

I know one group that knows more than any hockey fan knows, they dont care who wins, they always give an honest opinion.

06/12 8:05 PM
51 Boston +130
52 Chicago -150

No shit. I suppose rolling Pittsburgh would do that, but probably a good idea to remember that they needed a 3 goal comeback in the 3rd period of Game 7 against an unbelievably mediocre Toronto team.
