"New details are emerging about the time that Patrick Kane spent in a downtown Buffalo nightclub last weekend and the allegations made by a woman who claims that Kane raped her after meeting her in the club and taking her to his Town of Hamburg waterfront home.

Sources with knowledge of the investigation said that the young woman who has accused the hockey superstar of rape had bite marks on her shoulders and a scratch on her leg after the alleged attack.

The woman alleges that Kane invited her and a female friend to his home for a private party after they met him last Saturday night at SkyBar, a popular nightclub on Franklin Street, the sources said.

Shortly after she and her friend arrived at Kane’s home on Old Lakeshore Road, the accuser alleges that she went by herself into another room, where Kane followed her, overpowered her and raped her, the sources said.

The woman left Kane’s home with her friend and used a cellphone to call a relative immediately after the alleged attack. She then went to a local hospital for examination, and police were called afterward, the sources said.

The alleged attack occurred about 4 a.m. last Sunday, about an hour after Kane was seen leaving SkyBar.

A person who knows the woman described her as frantic and traumatized when she called her relative to report what happened."

The fact that the girl called a relative immediately after and went to the hospital right away are enough for me to lean towards her being raped. I am not sure how strong of evidence comes from a rape kit, but going right away is key. Plus there is another witness, her friend. Doesn't look good to me. It'll be interesting to see if he is charged.

another possible scenario is she went there with the express purpose of getting Kane to have sex with her. Once that happened,she would want to get to a hospital immediately also.

Obviously the Buffalo news knows the name of the girl. I mean if they got her age they know who she is. They won't report it. Obviously. But somebody on twitter will. It's only a matter of time. People at the bar that night know who she is. It's gonna get out. Then life will be hell for her. She should take down her facebook and twitter right now so people don't grab her pics and post them all over the internet.

I'd love to hear Kane's shitty defense. "I was really drunk, but she was all over me at the bar. She invited herself over to my house where my friends and I were going back to read Walt Whitman passages. We got to fooling around and she never said no at all. I have no idea why she would be distraught and call her family member and go to the hospital after leaving my place. She did comment that I had a real nice house. Oh, and those bite marks. She said she liked pain and loved when guys bit her. I didn't want to do that."

Yeah, if these latest facts really are the facts they're not very good for Patrick Kane. But a few days ago he had statutorily raped a fifteen year old he picked up at a place called Mickey Rat's, so I'm not sure how credible any of the information we're getting is.
