No-movement clause, actually.

The only logical conclusion a Hawks fan can come to is that Sharp has said flat out to Q, "I don't want to C". Well man up next season and play the position or you're out of here. Sharp is a damn good Center, we need him there.

Hey CH, my red wings friend told me this one twice in the last ~12 hours..... WHY DO HAWKS FANS DRINK FROM SAUCERS?!?!?!?!

cuz the cup is always in detroit.

enjoy your defeat, which was inevitable when their win total was a very very unlucky #

This team reminds me so much of the Packers. Won a Championship and retained a core of talent, most young. Then after killing it in the regular season they shit their pants in the post season when the other teams stepped up and played like men.

Call me the eternal optimist but if we can win this game tonight with Kane and Toews back together, I think we take game 6 and force a game 7.

Usually, down 3-1 I'd have very little interest left but I'm still engaged in this series. Please don't lose to the Wings in 5.

I think we need to change things up and make a new game thread!

I'm excited for the game tonight which is something I couldn't say last season when down 3-1 to Phoenix.

Why can't we come back? Think about it.

What is Detroit doing that's so different that it's taking us off of our game? I do think Babcock is a great coach and certainly better than Q but Detroit isn't leading this series right now because of some magical coaching by him. They're playing matchups, big deal, every one does this time of year.

Fact is, the Hawks are playing like shit and they're in their own heads because they can't get over the fact that clutching and grabbing is not being called and they've yet to see any adversity this season. Why can't this team win 3 in a row against a Detroit team that they're more skilled than? They can't score right now but we know they can. Why can't tonight be the game that everything turns around for the Hawks? We went half a season on an unbeaten streak where everyone was giving their 100% against us. Surely we can win 3 in a row against an inferior opponent. We also dominated in 1 goal games all season. Why can't we be on the other side of the close victories for the remainder of this series? This core came back from 3-0 to force a game 7 against a stacked Vancouver team, I'm sure this has crossed their minds.

This is hockey, where goofy shit happens. 20 somethin teams have come back from a 3-1 deficit. Are the odds totally stacked against us? Of course. But this series isn't over yet. This Hawks team has it's problems. Size, PP, etc. We've discussed it. But they're built to go on streaks so why can't it start tonight?

I'm just sayin I still think we have a legit chance to win this series. We'll need to get our head's our of our ass and have some luck on our side but it's not impossible.

If we lose tonight, I never made this post

Hawks are VERY capable of winning the next 3 straight.

I would so love to see that happen. Got a couple Red Wing friends that have been pretty chirpy lately.

What time does this thing get started, 7pm?

Watching the last 3 games they are VERY capable of scoring 1 goal and losing

No doubt Walt, which makes this team maddening.

I like the hits, I like the aggressiveness but the passing is still shit and there haven't been many good shots.

That shift was better offensively. I can't believe 7 actually showed up for once.

I have never insulted you. I like you but I know you post in this section just to piss people off. Its cool, it bothers some but I find it amusing.

I think they have played fine so far, other than the Detroit PP they have been in the Detroit zone most of the time so far. And Crawford has already made some good saves.
