 on the post game show they just said that Quick was starting to look like he could be beat occasionally?

What the hell? The Hawks are up 3-1 and in one of those wins they ran Quick out of the game.

So tired of hearing about this dude.

Knock them the fuck out on Saturday

I heard just 2 shots on goal for the Kings in the final 20 minutes.

Great game.

Currently trying to figure out how I can watch and/or listen to the game Saturday whilst camping.

Thought Oduya and Hammer played really great games tonight.

Good win with Keith out, but really, LA is Quick and a pile of shit out there without Richards. No reason the Hawks shouldn't beat them 5.

My guy Leddy has a great game & the Hawks win game 4 3-2, with goals from Leddy, Kane & Sharp.

This has to be a bit now.

I actually agree with the bolded part, that's exactly how Kane has played this series.

Just about every Hockey analyst has been talking about how poorly Kane has played & to a lesser degree Toews.
It was nice to see Kaner get his head out of his ass midway through the 2nd period tonight & he played the best period of Hockey that he has played in this series in the 3rd.
Toews was good as well. He plays hard all the time.
What can you say about Bickell? I hope the Hawks can re-sign him.
The Hammer was a Man tonight & really stepped up as the #1 Defenseman with Keith out.
I don't know what happened to the Kings in the 3rd period but they looked like garbage. Fatigue perhaps?
I love seeing Cro outplay Quick, which has happened in 3 of the 4 games.
This series is over Saturday night.

That was a good game to watch. I was a little uneasy as they really are on the hawks with the puck and Bruins will as well. The book on how to play them is out. That said the Hawks have the talent and depth to overcome.

As many of you and the announcers said Hammer was the man. As for Bickell wow he has just been awesome. probably a riot if they don't resign him.

All the d-men save Leddy and Brookbank were unbelievable. It was probably all of their individual best games of the playoffs. Oduya handled the fore check unbelievably well and hit the pass to Handzus that led to the game winner

He had some stretches during the Detroit series where he was the Hawks defenseman. But, more or less, he's not been great. Though, helps that his play has been offset by the Roszival who has been a fucking rock for a 6th defenseman. Seems like all the pairings have had a partner who has been steady throughout the playoffs (Keith, Hammer, Roszival) and their will partner will be the enigma and decide show up or not. Pretty interesting to see Hammer be so fearless these playoffs when the past two years there might not have been a bigger pansy about getting hit in the NHL outside of Brian Campbell (yes, being hyperbolic).

I didn't think Leddy was particularly bad. Just a victim of pairings and the fact that 4-8-27-32 played..just..awesome.

I'm convinced 4 had to be hurt/dealing with something the past season or so. This is the guy that made the club sign him over Niemi. He's better than he was during the cup run. Fearless motherfucker who is unbelievably savvy with his stick positioning and almost always makes the right play.

Nope

He had 8 assists and 2 goals when you wrote that.

How is that nothing?

Here are Kaners 2013 playoff stats:

Conference Quarterfinals -vs Wild, 5 games
Goals 0
Assists 5
+/- +3

Conference Semifinals -vs- Wings, 7 games
Goals 2
Assists 2
+/- -1

Conference finals -vs- Kings, 4 games
Goals 1
Assists 1
+/- +1

I'm a big Kane fan but he is wildly inconsistent & doesn't have the non-stop motor that Toews does. Sure he has mad skills but he needs to be better more of the time. The Kings series was a disaster for Kane until midway through the 2nd period last night & he had a great 3rd period. It was nice to see Kane go to the net for the tap in Goal. That might have been the first time Kane has ever been in the crease! The Kings have done a good job of taking away ice space & Kane hasn't been able to control the puck & skate with it.
Lets hope his 3rd period success is the beginning of a hot streak.

Was thinking the same thing last night. He seems even more hesitant than normal to get his nose dirty. Been a total nonfactor

Kane has done very little since the first series. He basically took away Bickell's 9th playof goal which would be leading the entire NHL.

Bickell lloks like he may be too expensive for the Hawks to keep after this. Talh about a guy piling up some cash for himself.

Man,If this winds up being a Hawks/Bruins series I will be in heaven. Growing up on Sundays if you did not seethe Hawks it was usually the Bruins. I remember most Sundays being at my cousins house. Up in their bedroom that was the attic. Watching Sunday Hockey,I even remember getting geared up for the shootout feature. It was sort of like MLB Home run Derby. After the game we would go out and play in his driveway. Man am I ratcheted up. 3 hours till game time. Anyone going? I wonder who will be shooting the puck?
