For the record, the Great Stamkos is also pointless so far in this series, so I guess he sucks, too.

I'll worry when TB gets their third win. Until then, it's still ON.

He can keep it up for two more games if the Hawks keep flinging weak-ass shots at him. He's hardly been tested. 36 saves that you and I could have made.

Why are you so certain that the Hawks can win against a team that's 8-3 on the road?

Exactly.

This series is far from over.

No, with the way Toews, Kane, and Crawford are playing, it's pretty much over.

Again you said the same thing with Nash and the Ducks and you thought the Wild were going to bring hell to breakfast.

So shut the fuck up.

This team has show the heart of a champion over and over.

There is no reason to not keep believing in them. It is 2-1 right now. You are talking like TB is up 3-0

Because damn-near every time there is an opposing stat like that thrown up there, who seems to have come along and pissed all over it so far these playoffs?

Stamkos was shutout in the 7 game first round series as well.

Bolts went through 3 of the best goalies in the Stanley Cup playoffs to get to the Final. But for a couple minutes of first-time-in-the-SCF-
jitters in the 3rd period of Game 1,Lightning would be going for a sweep Wednesday night.

Bishop's a huge reason the Bolts are in the SCF. He gave up all of 1 goal in the first 3 rounds clinching games--including posting shutouts in 2 game 7's.

#TrustScotty doesn't work in the Final round. He loses as many Final round series as he wins; he just gets there with an incredible consistency: ~40% of SCF since 1970 (i think?) have included a Bowman involved team.

Yeah it is all Crawfords fault. Really? They better start scoring everyone is too blame.

Don't get mad at me, get mad at Toews and Kane for putting up zero points in three games, or Crawford getting beaten on the weakest of shots.

It's unbelievable.

I think we had more good looks tonight than in all 7 games vs. the Ducks. But lose anyway.

Sucks.

Well really that is it CH isn't it. You either have faith Towes and Kane can wake up or not. Hossa missed a wide open goal tonight.

CH is right. It's over. The Ducks took more out of the Hawks than we all thought. They're all slow and tired. Have Kane and Toews even suited up for this series? Realistically, it should be 3-0.

The Bolts are the 2010 Hawks and the Flyers aren't going to win.

These guys fucking blow. Prepare yourselves for a few years of hockey hell.

Nah. Hawks win it in 7. Maybe in 6 if they get a few bounces.

I have it on good authority that Toews contorted his face a few times.

Lightning are blazing fast. Valtteri Filppula competed with Helm for fastest on the team when he was with Detroit. Filppula might not even be among the top 5 fastest skaters on the Bolts roster. Their fastest skater, Jonathan Drouin, didn't even skate tonight. Tyler Johnson, JT Brown, Kucherov and even Hedman--with his ridiculous 6'6" stride--are lightning quick closing on puck and players.

How'd Tyler Johnson get passed over 3 times in the draft? He's small. But no smaller than Kane.

They weren't out of gas like they are now. Boston was slow and plodding. Now the Hawks are the ones who look old and slow.

I don't understand why they can't handle their shit at home against an injured goalie.

Probably just lower gastrointestinal issues.

How? Is Bishop's rib cage going to fall out, thus allowing the Hawks' 40-mph perimeter bloops to get through his chest?

Have you watched the games? They never looked this bad against Boston. Like CH said, they look slow and plodding. When your two 'stars' are nonexistent, you're in for a bad ride. I thought the Hawks depth would prevail. But depth doesn't matter when your top players decide to not show up.

You want to hear some Hawks post game on the SCORE. Nothing worse than hearing Rongey, with that boring monotone voice, saying the same shit he says after every single game. Blah blah blah blah blah.

There is no need for baseball post game. It's just pointless.

Don't worry. Toews shows up for the big games. The first home game of the Stanley Cup Final against a 7-3 road team just wasn't big enough, I guess.

Again......it's like you just watched your first hockey game. The most recent event is the defining moment in the NHL!

Hawks dominated most of this game.
Hossa flat out whiffed on a wide open net, that was the single biggest difference in the game.
You can put Sharp crapping the bed (again) right after that.

The Blackhawks are now 30-30 in games 1-3 of a playoff series under Joel Quenneville.
They are 40-14 in Games 4-7.

The Hawks lost game 3 in 2010 and 2013.

BUT - Toews made a funny face or may have pouted once. Give me Kopitar in this situation.
