For some dumb reason, the Panthers have fired Dale Tallon. Meanwhile the Hawks are still searching for a new President. Get it done Rocky. I'd take Dale back in a heartbeat as team President.

Florida is an absolute mess. No thanks. Predictably, the Bobrovsky contract looks like a huge mistake after year 1.

The bottom line is that very few, if any, fans know very much about who would make a good team president. From a distance it seemed that Ron Hextall did a great job in Philly by building the team through the minors and getting out from some bad contracts. Seems like he'd be a great hire as a GM but Bowman has already been extended.

The Panthers are run by a bunch of Wall Street blowhards who want to be Analytically Minded but are too cheap to hire the right people to do it. Then at the same time, they let Dale Tallon back up the money truck to BobroCop, Quenneville, and any other big name they can convince to live in subtropical suburbia. Just a complete mess of an organization living off taxpayer subsidies.
