Toews back. Sharp likely, but will decide after skate this morning.

Schneider in net.

Being in Vancouver, Hawks should probably lose this one.

Each team has a road win in the series so far, a decisive one, at that. 6-2 Canucks in Chicago, 5-1 Hawks in Vancouver, right?

Not sure about Brendan Morrison centering the second line, but good lord can you imagine a fourth with Andrew Brunette and Morrison? "Energy line," more like inertia line.

This is the Hawks' upcoming road trip:

Though I do think the Hawks fly back home a few times in between, maybe after every three? That just makes it worse.

I'll be watching this game at a bar somewhere in the Schaumburg area tonight if anyone is interested.

Hawks look highly discombobulated. Morrison iced on a power play.

Late to the party. How are Toews and Sharp?

Knew Hossa's breakaway being foiled would lead to a successful scoring chance for them. Always goes that way.

Toews to the locker room.

My early guess is that his bell is rung.

Hawks need to score two on Schneider since Crawford virtually always gives up two every night. I don't even see how they score one more at this rate.

I am so fucking sick of John Scott dressing. He didn't take a shift in the 3rd period last night. Q is CHOOSING to play shorthanded. It's fucking maddening. I'm really growing tired of a lot of his decisions

You know, I can't do a Kruger-Bolland-Shaw shutdown line. Call me a meatball, but there's gotta be more, well, meat than that. I appreciate Kruger's defensive sensibilities, but the guy can't withstand the proverbial stiff breeze. And while I love Shaw's tenacity, he got rung up how many times last night? by Vancouver's worst defenseman?

This whole team just seems feeble and slight. That doesn't mean I want eighteen John Scotts, but they just look like little kids out there sometimes. That was budgeted for in 2008, when they were kids. Not anymore.

Love the respect they have for the Hawks by starting Schneider and saving Luongo for the Red Wings. All the dead weight on the team and they send Hayes down?

Well, Shaw and Kruger are the only other guys who are waiver-exempt, and they love Kruger, so if Hayes is to come back, it's at Shaw's expense.
