Very curious why Crawford was pulled after the 1st period last night. Q said it was unrelated to the concussion problems he had recently and there didn't appear to be any collision that might have caused further such issues. Emery picked it up nicely and there was no problems associated with Crawfords departure, but it was odd.

Q lied. If you watched Crawford skate off at the end of the first period, he looked a little wobbly on his feet (CSN showed it during the second or third period). I absolutely think it was related to the concussion...all it could have taken was a puck off the mask. Boyle reported that it was an "upper body injury" during the post game, too.

Emery did look good.
