Fuck it. Had to be done. They'll still win the cup next year. This RED MACHINE can't be stopped.

Earlier today Saad sent a tweet about how he enjoyed his time here. I dont follow him, someone else retweeted it....I actually thought...he's gone when I saw that....should have ran with the story and my SOURCES!

You could have broke that with a carefully worded post.

Like most…shocked and pissed at first. Once the details came out, I felt much better. Bowman made out really well in this deal since we had no shot of signing him.

For all the snide "enjoy Columbus" talk, they're probably a playoff team next year with him and without so many injuries. Foligno and Johansen (73, 71) outscored Toews (66) last year. Give them a full year of BobroCop and they're in business.

Jackets are a good team who got decimated by injuries last season and then got healthy and proceeded to kick the shit out of everyone for a while. It was just too late though. A healthy Jackets team makes the playoffs this year for sure.

Can you make a list of the players you would rather have than Toews? I would be interested in that list...

I'm willing to bet no one on that list will have 3 Cups.

Most people won't "show their ass" by doing that, but I do give CH credit - he will give you the list.

They may make the playoffs, but there will be no cup for Columbus.
