Some Blackhawks BS being shoveled on ESPN 1000 right now. For them to say Q deserves the extension because he has kept the locker room tame and free of controversy is just revisionist history. We went through an entire year of Patrick Sharp speculation of sleeping with other players' wives. Plus we have had numerous legal incidents and compromising pictures come out. While I can't blame Q for that stuff, it is silly to say there hasn't been any controversy on his watch.

Plus I believe several players have left and broken bad. We just had a goalie on the roster who was routing for the Hawks to lose in the playoffs. Troy Brower took plenty of shots at Q and his line shuffling. Stahlberg complained about playing time and then was dumped. Just to name a few.

Regarding Rantanen, there was language barrier there so what he said was not actually as bad as it was reported. Also, who gives a fuck what the 3rd goalie has to say? And how does that make Q look bad? Seems to me Q made the right decision with the goalie depth chart last year.

As for Brower and Stalberg, don't remember their comments, but once again, zero fux should be given what a couple bottom sixers have to say about getting screwed out of playing time. They haven't exactly lit the league on fire since they left.

Troy Brouwer couldn't distinguish between a first-line forward and a forward who plays on the first line. He's a mouthy bitch who should never win anything again.

Raanta was bitter because he lost his job. You can use your imagination to conjure up the most perfect coach who ever lived and that coach wouldn't be able to keep a demoted third goalie happy.
