No doubt about that one.

I wouldn't call PSU coming back from being down 1 and winning a "come from behind victory" in their little season recaps.

Great play at the end but terrible defense by PSU. You can't let the inbounder beat you.

Illinois will give Purdue a tough game tomorrow. I'd rather be playing PSU.

Did Chester Frazier honestly jump on the scorers table and celebrate after beating the Nittany Lions? Will he cover himself in champaign in the locker room also?

Yes he did.

And Bruce Weber popped a vein yelling at him to get down.

That's outstanding. That's about as good as someone celebrating a first down when the team is down 28.

By the way, I'd give a shoutout to Brian Randle - the dude is a warrior. He shouldn't be playing with that shoulder is my guess.

If I have to hear how great of a job that Tubby Smith has done at Minnesota again I may give up on watching them ever.

Newsflash: Minnesota is the sixth best team in a conference that is very poor from top to bottom. Getting a team to the NIT is not a great coaching job.

He has to play hurt or he'd never play. But, I still like the guy. I wish he could have had one healthy season to see what he could really do.

F'ing Cats. 14 point halftime lead and they blow it. Did you watch, MUD?

Of course, I love misery. Now can we go back and talk about Erin Andrews?

How about talking about the final shot? Why doesn't Carmody force the ball into Moore or Coble's hands rather than letting Sterling Williams dribble to a corner?

At minimum, be aware that you have a timeout and call it when you head into a trap play. If we are going to be called a "SMART" school, then act like it. Let's be honest... no one on that team (save Coble and Thompson) has the talent to be playing in the B10. There I said it.

That was embarrassing for NU. I didn’t realize it was that bad!

How much are dues? I'm in.

Coble missing the front end was in the final minute was brutal too.

I think this has been said, but I'm glad they went out in a such a disgraceful manner. Hopefully the new AD will give Carmody the boot and he can become the assistant to the assitant at Arizona.

I didn't even go to NU and I'm not a fan, but I'll join. I go to several games a year and I'd appreciate some higher quality entertainment in the neighborhood.

I mostly agree with the thought though I think Craig Moore would be a bench player getting 15 mins a game sitting at the 3 point line and raining them.

I think Carmody also doesn't use players real effectively. He's not very good in game and has trouble developing players. For instance, Mike Capocci. I saw him in a few games and he looked like he had potential, but he only saw action in 60% of the teams games? If Carmody was not going to use him, he should have went for the redshirt and let him bulk up and not throw him in mop up duty.

Championship of 2nd Place.

Both those games were very exciting. It was like watching two moderately healthy people have sex.

I think that U of I and Minn both feel like they are only 1 game away - that they both can/will win on saturday, then all they have to do is pull off the upset vs. MSU/UW. It could happen.......for either team!
