Oh Ryan - take heart. Iowa State won their bowl game. I'm not happy about it but I saw some things that made me pleased today. 1. A team that was on the mat at halftime played hard in the second half and was essentially one play away from winning. 2. The defense was tough - still hasn;t given up a TD. 3. They ran the ball effectively. The season starts tomorrow in prep for Wisconsin. |

Unfortunately, the loud noise you heard yesterday was most of the Iowa fans hopping off the bandwagon. For some reason, Iowa fans have turned into crazed fans where they expect 12-0. I was looking 8-4/9-3 and still have no reason to think anything different. |
