Don't know what got me thinking of this, but I was just looking to figure out who stands where. This is what I've got:

Illinois: Dr. Ken, me
Northwestern: NSJ, My Name is Mud
Iowa: Hawkeye, Hawkeye Vince, WR
Wisconsin: Badger Vince
Penn State: Psycory
Purdue: Boilermaker Rick, Spaulding
Ohio State: BD
Michigan:
Michigan State:
Minnesota:
Indiana:

Wolverine, Spartan, Gopher, and Hoosier fans- reveal yourselves! Well, maybe we can do without the Wolverine fans.

Although I am the Penn State rep, I was born and raised in a Michigan family (dad played football there)...I could try to get my wife on the board she is a michigan fan.

You're right. I'm over it. It's just that after going up 14-0, to finish
like that is sad. Especially after NU supposedly spent all week talking
about "finishing." They didn't finish, they got finished.

Bacher has talent but he made some bad decisions today.

The Hawkeyes got it together after the first quarter and played a
good game.

Was it me or did the officials make some really bad calls (to the benefit
of both teams)?

BTW Harry and Ronnie Woo Woo may have done a better job calling
the game than Pam Ward and Ray Bentley. Randy Walker died almost
a year and a half ago. Time to move on.

1. Yes, the refs were pretty brutal out there. While some of the plays were close calls, it always seems that Iowa gets the short end of the stick on PI. You can count on every game the defenders for Iowa getting 2-3 PI penalties. Then you had make up calls which made no sense.

2. Pam Ward and Ray Bentley are awful. What I don't understand is that this is either the 3rd of 4th time they've seen Iowa recently and they still mess up players names, where they are from or who plays what position. Aren't you supposed to prep for the games? Bentley has some ability as a color man because he is able to break down plays, but he loses all credibility when he has no idea who made a tackle, etc.

3. I wasn't that impressed with Bacher today. He seemed to get down on himself pretty bad and then later the team when he was taken down so many times. I don't like to see that. Also, I've said all along that if you tackle Northwestern, it limits their ability to score. Iowa was able to make tackles and keep NU on the field which led to them not scoring.

This was the first test they've had all year. Trailing in the 3rd quarter and then firing off 28 in a row. I think it helps them in the long run.

I agree - even the best of teams will be tested, and they passed it with flying colors.

There are no Indiana fans on this board. I have tried to bait them out.

We are free and clear of them.
