Indiana -2 @ Northwestern Ugh... do we really care any more? Indiana has a chance to go to bowl in over 13 years. Go Hoosiers. Far be it from the Purple to spoil their day. Still, I think NU is better than them. Take the points and pick NU.

Michigan State @ Purdue -4 Can Dantonio stop the traditional Sparty 2nd half Spiral? Not with Jaycen Taylor just getting started. Painter pastes the Spartans. Give the points and pick the Boilermakers.

Penn State -24 @ Temple Huh? Temple? I think Joe Pa goes easy on them, but despite that Penn State still runs over a hapless Temple team. Give the points and pick the Nitzy Lions.

Minnesota @ Iowa -14.5 Can Iowa handle the spread? Certainly handled NU's. Perhaps Minny keeps it close. How to factor in the pink locker rooms? Don't know... and Don't care. I asked the Magic 8 ball and it said that Iowa blows, but still beats the gophers by 16. Give the points and pick the Hawkeyes.

Michigan -2.5 @ Wisconsin Why pick any other games? This and the Illini game are the only ones that matter. Michigan is on a roll and Wisconsin can't stop it. Give the points and pick the Wolverines (or Cyclops, or Storm, or Professor X or whatever X-men you choose).

Illinois @ Ohio State -15 Ahhhh, will the Illini prove spoilers to destiny? Trap game anyone? There are no trap games in Columbus. Tressle and the fear of being pelted by the most rednecked fans in the entire Big 10 will keep Boeckman and Company honest. Give the points and pick dOSU.

This game matters. We're play for god damn Floyd. Floyd needs to make an appearance in the Iowa Football offices atrium since he's been gone for a year.

Hey, BD. Did you know there are a couple other games being played this week? Or is it the Buckeye arrogance that gives you tunnel vision?

p.s. just kiddin' ya BD. If I had a team in the running for the National Championship, I'd prolly have tunnel vision too!!
