Wrong section maybe? Anyway... Friday 8-26-11 is week 1 of the High School football season. There is no better way to spend $5 & a Friday night than at a HS football game. The game of the year will be this Sunday at 11:00AM at Red Grange stadium at Wheaton Warrenville South, when the Tigers host the Glenbard West Hilltoppers. This game will be broadcast live on ESPN2. Thousands of people are expected to attend with many being turned away. I'm going early in hopes of getting in. |

I hated watching St. Charles high school football when I was going to school there. You'd honestly have to pay me. |

Why the hell are they not broadcasting live from Peterson field tonight for the debut of the next great spread offense quarterback as the Knights start the running clock in the first half against Brooks? |

St. Ignatius College Prep plays Whitney Young at 8 pm at Soldier Field tonight. Pre game tailgate at the school with shuttle service to the stadium included in the price of a ticket (with the Jesuits taking god's cut of the action). Top that bitches! |

Is there any question Then why did they put them on the undercard? There will be people who stay for all three games. I'm already trying to find out if the shuttle is continuous so I can get out of there at halftime. |

I look forward to Friday night each week during HS football season. The games certainly are fun, but hanging out with our group of parents of former players is a blast. I also watch grown Men of no relation to me play sports too. |

It appears former coaches son is still not very good though the rest of the team is. |

You are correct, but he did throw for 1800 yards last year with only 3 int's. The kids a rag arm though. |

Pretty bad game for WWS. QB looks like a stud until the ball is snapped. Really bad QB play from him in this game. Glenbard West looked great. Their line play on both sides of the ball was outstanding. WWS, Naperville North, & Naperville Central all lost their first game & are 0-1. I'm not sure that has ever happened before. |

The QB got benched for a Sophomore with NFL bloodlines I thought? |
