at Ignatius. Come rub elbows with me while downing a few in the cafeteria tonight. You can look out the window and see Seacrest jealously cursing that he didn't go to either

At least B&b aren't cheerleading for a name change at Fenwick. How does changing Gordon to DePaul get you closer to being a good school? I, I, I, I, uh, eh, I mean, look, uh, eh, dumbass Terry doesn't seem to understand, and I mean look, again, I don't care what they call the place, I mean, I graduated 33 years ago for the love of God, but *SIGH*, again, look, Terry can't seem to grasp that a lot of people, and uh, eh, yeah, there are plenty of alumni that donate money to Gordon Tech, but a lot of these goofs aren't going to give that cash to a school that no longer exists, and uh, eh, eh, I talked to my guy, my guys actually, and uh, eh, in point of fact, my guys have actual names, I talked to Kenny Kendal and Bill Jeske and they both agree with me that the Gordon name should remain and that walking rectums who barely graduated from Bloom Trail should keep their noses out of Catholic League business.

"Dad, can you pull some strings and get me into Northside Prep?"
"NO, IT'S NOT MY JOB TO HELP PEOPLE. I'M NOT MIKE NORTH."

Bernsie: "Now, son, I didn't help Goff get ahead in life. And he was black! Why should I help you? Maybe you should ask Napkin Man."

I doubt li'l danny has the connections to get a kid into Northside Prep. At one time North could have blown in a call to Fritzy to get something done, but Pappy burned that bridge. After the Chinaman Affair, Mikey couldn't even help anyone get into Senn.

I'm sure both kids have nothing to worry about.

No way his kids dont go to Payton or Northside Prep. If they cant test in, him or his wife will know someone.

I'm hearing Rahm is going to turn Amundsen into the next Really.Smart.School. on the Northside.

I don't think he and his wife are these big connected Chicagoans like you're suggesting. It's not like bernstein is good dolphin. He's just a shock jock. But his kids are probably smart enough to get into Payton or Young. Northside Prep is tough for anyone.

I'm sure he's well connected but its to Glencoe, Winnetka, Northbrook, etc.

I don't think he is well-connected. Does he strike you as a bridge builder or a bridge burner? Come on out with me, Kirkwood, and I'll show you, "Hail fella, well met!" That sure as fuck ain't danny bernstein.

It never crossed my mind to spend my money on a sub standard education.

I spent a couple of years working across the street from Ignatius. You know, the side of Roosevelt Rd your parents said that you were forbidden from walking on.

Ignatians were helping that community on a daily basis long before "community service" became a popular part of graduation requirements in high schools.

Kenny Williams was in attendance. I don't think he has any (legitimate) kids at either of the schools. While it was close to his work, it's not like this was a game of the week that you would go to see if you didn't have a personal interest.

Corey McPherrin was there as well and Mr. Fix It.

Full on D list all star cast.
