My daughter's travel softball team is running a singles bags tournament at the Pyramid Club in Addison. Check in is at noon, single games starting at 1 PM. Pizza and Pop provided. Auction items will be posted and squares available for the Bears/Lions game.

40 dollar entry to the tournament. Prizes for the winners. PM for more information.

Yes, since it's at a bar that sells beer and has large screen TVs - it's an extra bonus. Plus we will have squares for the game available at check in.

Was a great event - had 28 players and a super silent auction.

I'll post more coming up for Super Bowl Squares and potentially a poker game that will benefit the team in the future.

I can't say I'm surprised. I had them pegged for 6-6 before the year even with a new QB. Looking ahead to the next two games, if they can squeeze out 1-1 that would be a fun year.

Next year's schedule looks more favorable, dropping OSU, UM, MSU for IU, UI and Maryland.
