Didn't work out much this week and it shows.
Pinched a nerve or pulled something in my back last weekend and didn't get back on a treadmill until Friday.

Agreed, although I admit I haven't been as disciplined as I should be. I'm working out like crazy and watching what I eat, but I'll have one day a week where I'll eat too much (like going to a Fogo de Chao on Saturday night) and it ruins all of my progress. Shit.

Historically, the 6 week stretch from Thanksgiving to New Year used to be a pound per week gainer territory, so I'll take any loss right now, no matter how minimal.

Could you imagine me talking to Lady Nas, trying to explain that for the most part, we are all pretty normal, and we talk about sports and really, it's O.K., sometimes news articles are talked about- hey do you remember the old lady that drove into Panera Bread? The guy that was interviewed on TV posts here! We give relationship advice, and what are good restuarnts to go eat at....
