Cousins of mine belong to C.U.F.F.S. (Cops United For Friends of Special Olympics) and they hold fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for Illinois Special Olympics. They are having a Night at the Races at Balmoral Park on November 16th. Information is listed below:

What: Night at the Races for C.U.F.F.S.
Where: Balmoral Park
When: November 16, 2008 (Sunday - Bears at the Packers)
Time: Gates open 4:30 PM, Dinner 5:30 PM, Post Time 6:30 PM
Cost: $30.00 / person (includes admission, program & dinner - I don't think it includes drinks)

I may or may not be going to this event (in case anyone was really wondering).

I was at a fundraiser one year ago at Balmoral and they actually did include drinks for an hour (or maybe it was two?) but of course YMMV.

Like I said, I'm not sure if drinks are included. Maybe they'll give each person a couple of drink tickets or something.
