You might want to reread the rules... specifically the part about the scores being final after the third period and OT/Shootout goals not counting. Also, I should have been more specific, but let's not count those in the tiebreaker either.

Seeing as no immunity idols have been played, I'll go tally the votes.

The first vote is for spmack. The second vote is for conns7901. The third vote is for conns7901 which puts us at 2 for conns, 1 for spmack. One more vote for spmack, bringing us to a tie with 2 votes apiece. Ed from Lisle gets the fifth vote. spmack receives another vote -- 3 votes for spmack, 2 for conns7901, and 1 for Ed from Lisle. The next vote is for -- uhhh, I can't read it... looks like it has been scratched out? Wait a second, here's a note attached from the rules committee: "Vote submitted too late -- do not count." And the final vote is ... um, well... missing.

With three of the six votes, CSFMB Survivor's first elimination is spmack. spmack led briefly and boldly, but that perhaps was his undoing. As captain, he is replaced by the player who voted for him first. That player is... conns7901. conns, you are now responsible for your team's captaincy duties, starting with the hockey entry which is due tomorrow. There were two people who have earned a strike for not voting in time. I've decided that I will keep the first strike confidential and give you a chance to straighten up your act, but reveal missed votes with strike #2.
