What did everyone think of the location? I thought it was pretty nice - decent parking, good rims. Price was fine, higher than other places but still not outrageous.

Not much more to be said, but I will re-has a few things. Thanks to Vince for setting it up. I thought the gym was pretty nice all things considered. Location wasn't perfect for me, but it took me less than an hour to get there so I can't really complain too much.


As Zach said, you dudes (and dudette) are pretty cool. I always get the obligatory "Don't get chopped up by your internet friends" comment from the wife every time I hang out with the board, but it all seriousness... it's great that everyone is absolutely someone I would bend an elbow with any time. Everyone is very chill and a blast to hang out with.

Had a great time. Nas' post defense is the stuff of nightmares. IB's efficacy on the court is inversely proportional to the depth and volume of his cussing. Spmack spared our side and saved his game for the wings @ J. Patrick's. Chris schooled everyone on the court at one point or another. Killer V was sorely missed as representative of CSFMB's geriatric community. I've only been to two Hoops events, but I'm pretty sure Kid suffered some kind of injury both times. Thankfully, W_Z never got a chance to avenge that sick block

Spanky, Chris, and Hawkeye, great to meet you guys. Had I put 2+2 together earlier, I'd have commended you, Hawkeye, for all the tech nerdery you've dropped on the board.

Thanks again for putting this together, Vince. Despite the heavy, aqualung type atmosphere in the gym, I'd back a return to WAC. In the interest of fairness, though, an event somewhere further south might save KI some travel time. I suspect his tweaked hamstring came as a result from all the pedal-pushing he had to do just to get up here.
