What I believe happened is this. This unexpired term was filled by a Carol Stream resident back in October. He decided to run for the 4 year term as opposed to staying for the remaining two years, so you have in theory 4 incumbents battling for 3 slots.

2 hours to go. I just spoke to the secretary over there and she did not expect additional filings. She will call me closer to 4:30 to let me know. (Closing time is 5 PM)

I also went to Frost Jr. High. They don't do 6th grade there. They do 7th and 8th. You're not too good at this "facts" thing are you?
