the new "heavier" maybe too big for pA and might just have to be a different thing. we don't know that yet.
there's a darker, i guess jazz-groove side that has been creeping in for a few months. not a rock tempo, a little more ass-shaky...but slower.
generally, there is a lot more melody to the newer ideas.

there's going to be less drum "business" in the tracks. songs that one live drummer could actually play instead of programmed drum beats that would require two people to play. (or a computer and a person...)
this then open ups mid range frequencies and allows for other "notes" in that sonic range.
it's all very complicated... :bom:

On a side note, anybody ever see Rockstar with Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston? Saw it last night since it was on HBO. Pretty cheesy with all the late 80's Metal cliches, but I still couldn't stop watching.

We already have 7 dudes onstage at one time....8 would be too much.

We learned two songs 6 months ago that we would jam and practice but never played llve
