seriously, those videos have broken my soul. i took a cold shower, and then shouted for 10 whole minutes "gung-ho" style until i lost my voice...then i did 100 push ups, until i collapsed on my face. and then i rolled out the door, cold and naked, and rolled around in the ice and snow...until i lost consciousness.

then i got up, and ran around for a little while.

i still feel shamed!!!

WZ, you need to stretch or take some yoga classes. You like you have tight muscles when running.
