Me and Keeping Score are going to be doing some light reconnaissance work from the parking lot accross the street from the bowling alley that afternoon. Then we're going to head over to Tasty Freez if they're open yet, or, if not, maybe grab a bubble tea somewhere. After that, my day is pretty much wide open, so hopefully I can catch up with you guys.

I recommend parking on the west side of the building, and using that entrance. We can meet up in the bar, which is located approximately behind lanes 8-12. I plan on arriving around noon.

I'm now 100%, unless my flight is delayed too much. I'm getting in to O'hare at 7 in the morning on Saturday...which means to get to the airport with the 45 minutes necessary to check in and what have you, I have to leave my house at 4 in the morning. Fortunately, I've been trained to not need sleep.

Do you really think that everybody lives in the city? I would bet that the majority of those in attendance at these events do not live in the city.

No matter where the event is held, many people will have a long drive. It is just as easy to drive from the city to the burbs, as from the burbs to the city, if not easier. There is a train station in West Chicago, and it's only five minutes from the lanes, which is a few minutes from 88 and 59. Even the people who live far away (Darkside, Boyd, Doug, etc.) said the drive was no problem. We had this event here last year, and everyone had a good time. This place is a much nicer bowling alley than the places where the first two events were held. One of them didn't even accept debit cards as payment.

There is also some leg work involved to get an event rolling. Leg work which I didn't see you, or anybody else volunteer to do. You don't just show up to a bowling alley with twenty five people.

Many of us had long drives to the first two events. I didn't hear Frank, Zack, the Hoffys or anybody else complain. City of Fools drove in from Sycamore.

Same place. I figure the bowling will take two to three hours, since we are just bowling socially. Two Bros is less than ten minutes from the lanes.
