you can find a spot under $10 for 6 hours in LP or Old Town and then just take the L to Wrigley.

My favorite thing to do is park at the Ashland Green/Pink Line stop for free and take that to State/Lake and then switch to Red Line.

If you're looking at trying to stay on one train, there's a lot of free parking around Archer/Cullerton (20th) area, and just take the Red Line at Cermak-Chinatown.
