actually....i'm becoming a big fan of washburn acoustics. very well made for the price. the Rossi music on 95th, just past Cicero Ave. has them.

you can't go wrong with takamine or ovation either. just depends on which feel you like, and what you're willing to spend.

i think a tele is next on the list.

Not a fan of Martins, eh Doug? I've always preferred old Martins to Ovations, but it's a personal thing I guess. I'll have to play a Washburn. Not familiar with it. And Frank, I played a 12 string Epiphone years ago and loved it.

3K, thats it? regular les pauls are up to almost 2, so i figured that one would be like 3500-4000.

i said if money were no object. and sometimes it isnt...but in this case, it is.
